Privacy Policy
Last updated: May 30, 2026
1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains how Memphis Network ("Memphis Network", "we", "us" or "our") collects, uses, shares and protects personal data when you visit our website at www.memphisnetwork.com.br (the "Website") or contact us through it.
We are committed to protecting your privacy and to processing personal data in accordance with Brazil's General Personal Data Protection Law (Lei nº 13.709/2018 – the "LGPD") and, where applicable, the European Union's General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679 – the "GDPR").
This Policy covers this Website only. Our products and platforms (such as Vertip Secure Mail, Mailflow, HardenCore, ScanX, Veridra and Sentria) are provided to partners and their customers under separate agreements and may be governed by their own privacy terms.
Your use of the Website is also subject to our Terms of Use.
2. Who is responsible for your data

- Florianópolis: Rua Campolino Alves, nº 300, Sl 414-A131, Florianópolis – SC, 88085-110, Brazil

3. Personal data we collect
We collect personal data in the following ways:
Data you provide to us. When you complete a contact or material-request form on the Website, we collect your email address and, if you choose to provide it, your WhatsApp or telephone number. If you contact us by email or WhatsApp, we also receive the information you include in your message.
Data collected automatically. Like most hosting providers, our website host may keep standard server access logs — which can include IP address, browser type, device information, referring pages and access timestamps — for security, fraud prevention and the reliable operation of the Website.
Cookies and analytics. With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 (provided by Google) to understand how visitors use the Website — for example, which pages are viewed, approximate location, and device or browser type. Google Analytics sets cookies and processes data such as your IP address and a randomly generated identifier.
Analytics is loaded with consent denied by default (Google Consent Mode) and only activates after you accept it through the cookie banner shown on your first visit. You can decline, and you can change your choice later by clearing this website's data in your browser. We do not use advertising or social-media tracking pixels.
Browser storage. The Website also stores small functional flags in your browser's local storage — for example, to record your cookie choice and to remember whether you have already submitted a form. Web fonts are served from our own domain and are not loaded from third parties.
4. Why we use your data and our legal bases
We process your personal data in order to:
- respond to your inquiries and contact requests;
- send you materials you request, such as datasheets and product information;
- contact you about our products, solutions and partner (MSSP) program;
- measure and improve how the Website is used, through analytics, when you consent to it;
- operate, maintain and secure the Website; and
- comply with legal and regulatory obligations.
Under the LGPD, the legal bases for this processing (Art. 7) are: your consent — when you ask us to contact you or to send you materials, and for messages about our products and partner (MSSP) program (Art. 7, I); our legitimate interests in responding to your request, securing the Website and developing business and partner relationships (Art. 7, IX); and compliance with legal obligations (Art. 7, II). You may withdraw your consent at any time.
Where the GDPR applies to you, the corresponding bases are your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)), our legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)) and compliance with a legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)). Where we rely on legitimate interests, you may object at any time (see "Your rights" below).
Analytics cookies (Google Analytics) are used only on the basis of your consent (LGPD Art. 7, I; GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)), which you give or refuse through the cookie banner and can withdraw at any time.
6. International data transfers
Some of our service providers — in particular the automation platform (Make) that receives Website form submissions, and Google (Google Analytics), where you have given consent — process data on servers located outside Brazil, including in the United States. Form submissions are sent from your browser directly to the automation provider.
When personal data is transferred outside Brazil or the European Economic Area, we seek to ensure an adequate level of protection through one of the mechanisms permitted by Art. 33 of the LGPD and Chapter V of the GDPR — such as standard contractual clauses, the data-protection terms offered by our providers, or your consent. You may contact us for information about the safeguards applied to a specific transfer.
7. How long we keep your data
We keep personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this Policy — for example, to handle your request and manage our commercial relationship — and to comply with legal obligations. When the data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it, unless its retention is required or permitted by law.
8. How we protect your data
We adopt technical and administrative measures designed to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss, alteration and improper disclosure — such as encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and restricting access on a need-to-know basis. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to continuously improve our safeguards.
9. Your rights
Under the LGPD (Art. 18), you may request, at any time and free of charge:
- confirmation that we process your data, and access to it;
- correction of incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data;
- anonymization, blocking or deletion of unnecessary or excessive data, or data processed in non-compliance with the law;
- portability of your data to another service provider;
- deletion of personal data processed with your consent;
- information about the public and private entities with which we have shared your data;
- information about the possibility of refusing consent and the consequences of doing so; and
- withdrawal of your consent at any time.
If the GDPR applies to you, you also have the rights of access, rectification, erasure ("right to be forgotten"), restriction of processing, data portability and objection to processing, as well as the right to withdraw consent at any time.
Where we contact you for direct marketing, you may object at any time, and we will stop using your data for that purpose. Any marketing message we send also offers a way to opt out.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at [email protected]. We may need to confirm your identity before responding.
10. Data protection contact
For any question about this Policy or the processing of your personal data — including matters that would be directed to a Data Protection Officer (Encarregado) — you can contact us at [email protected].
12. Children
This Website is intended for businesses and professionals and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us so that we can delete it.
13. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date shown above. We encourage you to review this page periodically to stay informed about how we protect your data.
